What we store

We keep your resume and any evidence documents you upload (reviews, project notes, interview prep) as extracted text, your Career Profile, your survey answers, and the roles Navigator matches for you — all in our database, tied to your account.

What we send to third parties

Your resume and evidence text go to OpenAI so it can analyze your experience and draft your Career Profile. Job search runs through JSearch — we send it structured search terms (role, location, keywords), never your resume or evidence text.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for privacy-friendly page views and traffic sources. It does not receive your resume, evidence text, Career Profile, or role recommendations.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason.

Deleting your account

Delete account (in Settings) permanently removes your profile, documents, matched roles, and tracked applications. This can't be undone.

Beta disclaimer

Navigator by Career School is in private beta. Role recommendations and fit assessments are informational only — not career, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment before acting on them.
